I-140 Expedited Services Resume

Effective June 29th, 2009, the USCIS is again offering expedited decisions on I-140 Immigrant Visa Petition cases under the “premium processing” Service. Under Premium Processing, for an additional $1,000 fee, the USCIS will adjudicate the case within 15 calendar days. Premium Processing is not available to multinational managers or individuals seeking a National Interest Waiver. For details, see the article on USCIS's website.
