USCIS Change of address Forms (AR-11 and AR-11SR)

Registered aliens residing in the U.S. are required to report any changes of address to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) by submitting either a Form AR-11SR or AR-11. Special registrants, or persons subject to special registration, must notify the USCIS of a change of address by submitting a Form AR-11SR. Aliens not subject to special registration must submit a Form AR-11.
