FIRM
HISTORY
The law firm of Fallon, Bixby, Cheng & Lee traces its origins to
its founder, Joseph P. Fallon, Sr., who began his practice in San Francisco,
California. Mr. Fallon's earliest cases date to the early 1920s with
an emphasis in immigration and nationality law. Since then, the firm's
practice has evolved and it now practices immigration and nationality
law exclusively. As San Francisco's oldest continuing immigration and
nationality law firm, Fallon, Bixby, Cheng & Lee has developed a national
reputation in its specialty. Its attorneys have successfully argued
a number of cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and Circuit Court of
Appeals. We have continued to provide counsel and representation to
some of the largest corporations in the United States and in other countries.
Deceased: Joseph P. Fallon, Sr. and Robert S. Bixby
